About me
Scott Fortman is a GIS Analyst at Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) where he works full time on the Willamette Water Supply Program, a partnership that is building a new water supply system to TVWD customers, The City of Hillsboro, and the City of Beaverton. Scott's role is to support leadership, project managers, construction managers, operations staff, asset management, Real Estate, and outreach teams with a variety of GIS solutions to help deliver this system. These solutions include web maps, dashboards, map exhibits, spatial analysis, data QA/AC, design of new treatment plant geodatabase schema, Cityworks support, and anything else that is needed. Scott has a B.A in Geography from the University of California Santa Barbara and began his utility career interning for the City and County of Santa Barbara.
