About me
Melissa Foltz is the Geospatial Data Governance Coordinator for Department of Administration Services Geospatial Enterprise Operations. Melissa has spent 20 years working with a private engineering firm before moving to the state in 2023. Since then, Melissa has been focused on GIS data governance and currently serves as Oregon’s Framework Coordinator responsible for managing Oregon’s authoritative geospatial data.
