About me
Forrest Deters spends his days improving public access to regional geospatial data as a Front-End Web Developer at Metro’s Data Resource Center. His areas of focus include web accessibility, responsive design, and UI/UX engineering. Prior to working at Metro, Forrest managed the development team at a leading data-driven content marketing agency, where he built and maintained a fleet of data collection and cleaning tools for researchers and created interactive web apps for companies like Circuit, Skyscanner, and Soccer.com. Outside of work, Forrest is a musician and games enthusiast. He also enjoys camping, recreational soccer, and hunting down the best happy hours east of the Willamette.
