About me
Brandon is the GIS Administrator at Umatilla Electric Cooperative in Hermiston, Oregon. He holds a M.S. in GIS Management from Salisbury University, and a B.A. in Geography from California State University – Sacramento. Prior to moving to Hermiston, he worked at the California State Lands Commission as a GIS Analyst. His professional interests lie primarily with developing enterprise GIS implementations and database administration using python and SQL scripting, but he also has a healthy interest in Cartography and Spatial Analysis from his undergraduate days.
