About me
Carl Swanson is a GIS Specialist with the Oregon Department of Forestry in Salem, Oregon, where he has worked since 2018. Carl developed a love for cartography through studying field geology in graduate school and has been in the GIS world ever since. In addition to cartography and GIS, Carl's interests include all things music, retro video games, baseball, disc golf, and generally anything else nerds are into.
